Randi L. Sunray (Kiowa)

Randi L. Sunray is the daughter of Modina Yellowhair Toppah Waters and Alan Waters. She was honorably discharged with a rank of sergeant after serving eight years in the Army Reserve, which included active duty during Operation Enduring Freedom. She and her husband Cedric have four children; their daughter Niigan (Leader) and their sons, Tdohasan (Little Mountain), Kowi (Panther) and Onde (First Rank).
